Cygwin SILC Client

This applies to silc-client 0.8.5 release and maybe later ones :).

Zip package with cygwin release is containing cygncurses6.dll, cygwin1.dll,
run.bat and silc.exe. It is also containing terminfo directory. You should
unpack it into c:\silc directory and run it with run.bat batch file.

run.bat is setting all enviromental variables needed to run silc-client.
if you unpack silc into another directory than c:\silc, you should change
paths in run.bat file.
