SILC Community

Mailing Lists     The official communication in the SILC Project and community is handled via email in various public mailing lists. There are four mailing lists available.   silc-users This mailing lists is intended for general discussion about SILC, but not for development related questions or issues. You may also send your support requests here. The email address is silc-users@lists.silcnet.org.   silc-devel This mailing list is reserved for development of SILC software, protocol and other technical discussions. Bug reports and feature requests can be sent here. The email address is silc-devel@lists.silcnet.org.   silc-announce This mailing list provides announcements about new releases, project news and other official information. Note that if you are already subscribed to silc-users mailing list you do not need to subscribe to this list since announcements are sent to silc-users mailing list as well. This mailing list is read-only, you cannot send messages to it.   silc-cvs This mailing list is read-only mailing list for receiving real time information about the development of SILC software. It follows the SILC CVS tree and sends you commit log messages.   Subscribing To Mailing Lists   Subscribe to any mailing list by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. You must provide a password for the mailing list account.
